The Homeschool Soccer Club of Alexandria, LLC (HSCA) is an inclusive soccer club located in Alexandria, VA. It is a cooperative organization where every parent is a volunteer. The goal of this club is to bring families together and reduce time spent traveling to and from youth sporting activities. To this end, all ages meet at the same time and place, once a week, on a week day.

HSCA welcomes players ages 5 to 18. (We accept players who will turn 5 by the end of October.) Each team will have parent-coaches. Children under the age of 5 will be watched by parent-babysitters at the field. See the Parent Volunteers page here.

We play at Franconia Park Grass and Turf Fields, 6601 Telegraph Rd, Franconia, VA 22310 (formerly known as Lee District Park).

The Fall 2024 season will run for 10 weeks, beginning with a virtual parent orientation meeting on August 28. There will also be an in-person coaches and assistant coaches training August 28. From September 4 to October 30 we will have five practices and four games. See the 2024 Schedule here.

Inclement weather policy: We will still play with light rain, but will cancel if there is thunder and lightning. If the weather is fine on Wednesday but the grass field is closed because of previous rain, we will cancel, but will hold optional, mixed age scrimmages on the turf. We will update the status here by noon Wednesdays.
